   When I reached out to Sharon it was because I wanted to stop smoking so bad but kept failing. Within one session I was smoke free, today, 3 months down the line I don’t feel a single urge, since the day I left Sharon’s practice. That day I also bought her book, “From Trauma to abundance” and after 2 days of reading it I booked the Heal and Grow sessions, my life has never been the same again. Sharon is amazing, the way she understands and connects to the human mind is out of this world. I am glad I invested in taking charge of my life and consulting with her
